[AUSTIN, TX]— John A. Hay, III, founding member of the Austin-based law firm of HAY COMPERE, PLLC, proudly announces the firm’s name change to HAY DARBY, PLLC. This change reflects the recent departure of J. Bradley Compere from the firm, and the elevation of the firm’s third member, W. Derek Darby, as named member. “Our experienced group of attorneys will continue to deliver the highest level of excellence in all of our practice areas, including real estate, construction, business, energy, commercial litigation, and family law,” said Mr. Hay. Hay Darby, PLLC, is truly a Texas law firm. While its principal office is located in the historic Pierre Bremond House, located at 402 W. 7th Street, Austin, Texas 78701, the firm will also continue to grow its offices in San Angelo and South Padre Island.
